Use DHL Express throughout the site and get free shipping on orders over $150!

Order processing time

Thank you for choosing our pet water dispenser. We will start processing as soon as possible after receiving your order, usually within 1-2 business days after placing the order. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.

Our order processing time is Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-4:00 PM (PST).

Our order cutoff time is 4:00 PM (PST), Monday-Friday, orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 8:00 a.m. the following day.

Orders after 4:00 PM (PST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

If the order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact our customer service Birianna Bowling by sending an email to [email protected]. We will refund you or process the order with priority. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping time

I know you can’t wait for your pet to enjoy the pet water dispenser, so we will do our best to ensure that the order is delivered safely in the shortest possible time.

We choose the reliable DHL Express. The shipping time is 3-5 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.

If the shipping time exceeds 7 business days, you can contact our customer service Birianna Bowling via email [email protected] to request a refund or re-shipment.

Delivery time

Usually, the delivery time is calculated from the date of order processing, which is generally 4-7 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.

If you have not received your pet water dispenser after more than 7 business days, you can contact our customer service Birianna Bowling directly at [email protected] to apply for a refund or have us reship it.

Shipping fee

We have DHL Express as a shipping method.

About consumption tax

We do not charge consumption tax. If consumption tax is incurred, customers need to pay it themselves.

Package

I know you are looking forward to not only an efficient pet water dispenser, but also a beautiful and safe packaging. Here, we want to assure you that we pack every order with care.

We will pack your pet water dispenser in cartons and add plastic foam paper inside to prevent collisions to minimize potential shipping damage.

The package contains the pet water dispenser you purchased and a return label (the return label will be required to be returned when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it properly).

Sign for order

We recommend that you sign for receipt in person. If you are unable to sign for the package in person, you can choose to designate someone else to sign for it, or negotiate with the courier company to place the package in a safe place.

When signing for the order, please open the package and check whether the pet water dispenser is intact. If there is any damage or discrepancy with the pet water dispenser, please reject the order and contact our customer service Birianna Bowling immediately at [email protected] and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you.

We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the pet water dispenser when signing for it in case you need to return or exchange it later.
