Return Policy

Hi dear pet lovers!

We completely understand that life sometimes changes, so we want to make sure you’re happy with our pet water dispenser. If you are not satisfied or have any issues after receiving your pet water dispenser, please review our return policy.

We understand that in some cases you may need to return or exchange an item. If you are not satisfied with the pet water dispenser you purchased, you can apply for return within 14 natural days after signing for a full refund of the purchase price. We need to remind you that the pet water dispenser needs to meet the following conditions:

1) Return requests need to be made within 14 natural days after receipt. If it exceeds 14 natural days, we will not be able to accept your return request.

2) The returned pet water dispenser can be in lightly used condition, but it needs to come with all original packaging and return labels (the return label will be included in the original packaging of your pet water dispenser when shipped).

3) The pet water dispenser has no obvious signs of use or human damage, and there is no dirt or other conditions.

About canceling orders

After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and within half an hour after placing the order. After half an hour, our order will enter the packaging process. Once packaging is completed, the order cannot be canceled.

After the order is canceled, the refund will be returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Return and exchange application method

If you need to return or exchange goods, you can apply for a return or exchange in one of the following two ways:

1) Please contact customer service Birianna Bowling at [email protected] to apply for a return or exchange.

2) Find the order you need to return or exchange on the orders details page, submit your return or exchange application, and we will approve it for you as soon as possible.

Return order processing time

Once we receive your return request, we will respond as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days.

Pwaterclearly.com return order processing hours are Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-4:00 PM (PST).

Our return order cutoff time is 4:00 PM (PST), Monday-Friday, return orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 8:00 a.m. the following day.

Return orders after4:00 PM (PST) on Friday will be processed next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Return process

If you are not satisfied with our pet water dispenser, you can return it by following the steps below after making a return request:

1) Fill out the return label in the packaging box.

2) Ship the pet water dispenser to 1024 Central Ave N m3, Kent, Washington State, 98032-3084 along with the original packaging and return label. And send the logistics information and courier number to customer service Birianna Bowling at [email protected].

3) After receiving the pet water dispenser, we will arrange a refund for you. Your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.

Return shipping costs

1) If the pet water dispenser you receive has quality problems such as wear and tear, the shipping costs will be borne by Pwaterclearly.com.

2) If you need to return the pet water dispenser because you don’t like the style or other personal preferences, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Exchange process

If you need to replace the pet water dispenser you received, you can follow the steps below after making an exchange request:

1) Ship the pet water dispenser with original packaging to 1024 Central Ave N m3, Kent, Washington State, 98032-3084, and send the logistics information and courier number to customer service Birianna Bowling at [email protected].

2) Once we receive the pet water dispenser, we will re-ship it to you as soon as possible.

Exchange shipping costs

1) If a replacement pet water dispenser is required due to quality or shipping issues (for example, the pet water dispenser received is defective or damaged), shipping costs will be borne by Pwaterclearly.com.

2) If the exchange is not due to quality problems or missing products of the pet water dispenser, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund amount

1) Refund processing method for successful returns
After the return is successful, your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days.

2) Refund processing method for canceled orders
After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your PayPal payment account within 1-2 business days.

It may take some time for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.

About the cost of secondary listing

Please note that you do not need to pay for secondary listings.

Our goal is to ensure that both you and your pet are satisfied with our pet water dispensers.
