What should I do if the water tank of the pet water dispenser has a peculiar smell?

Make sure to clean your pet water dispenser regularly, every one to two weeks is recommended. Thoroughly clean all parts, including water tanks, water pipes and water spouts.

You can use pet-specific cleaners to clean the water tank to ensure that the cleaner does not contain harmful substances and is safe for pets.

Try using white vinegar to clean the water tank. Vinegar has a sterilizing and disinfecting effect. Drain the water from the tank and clean the tank thoroughly with diluted white vinegar. Rinse with clean water to make sure the vinegar smell is removed.

Place the pet water dispenser in a place away from direct sunlight. Sunlight will cause bacteria to multiply and produce odor.

What should I do if the water flow from the pet water dispenser is too weak?

Make sure there is enough water in the tank or water bottle, if the water level is too low it may affect the flow of water.

The filter may be clogged with dirt or debris, causing reduced water flow. The filter can be removed and cleaned.

Check the water pipe connecting the water pump to the water outlet to make sure there is no scale or debris blocking it. You can use a hose or special cleaning tool for cleaning.

What should I do if the pet water dispenser leaks?

Regularly check whether the sealing ring of the pet water dispenser is intact. Wear or damage of the sealing ring may cause water leakage.
